Registration and review

Submitting the attendee registration form records your registration request and generates a GreenCycle reference. Paid categories, where applicable, are confirmed only after the organising team verifies the required payment.

Data use

Registration information is used for Expo administration, event communications and legitimate event-related follow-up. Contact information provided through event networking or matchmaking must not be resold or added to unrelated marketing databases.

Conduct

Attendees must conduct themselves lawfully and respectfully. Accreditation may be withdrawn where conduct is unlawful, discriminatory or materially disruptive to the event.

Photography, filming and recording

The event may be photographed, filmed and partly broadcast. By checking the media acknowledgement during registration, you consent to the capture and use of event material for GreenCycle reporting and promotion.
